I was reflecting on what likely is the darkest time in Phoenix Suns history. The Suns drug scandal of the mid-eighties. I believe over half the team was implicated, and one of the all-time great Suns hustle players, Johnny "Sky" High, testified against other players on the team. Johnny was subsequently killed in an early morning single car crash. Here's a link to an L.A. Times article that describes some of these events.
